Reset Configuration

A significant portion of each application based on RealWorld Designer is controlled by user configuration. Modification of the user interface configuration is not easy, but every user can eventually do that and customize various aspect of an application. Since an invalid configuration may render the application unusable, there is a recovery option.

Resetting configuration

1. Close the application.
2. Hold CTRL and SHIFT while starting the program. A window should come up asking if you would like to reset the configuration. Click Yes.

If you are not using the application from the Start menu, you should select its icon before pressing CTRL and SHIFT. Otherwise, your file manager may step in and select multiple files.

This deletes the current configuration and the default one will be used.

Resetting the application helps in general, but not when I need super compression for .ani cursor files. Please update RealWorld Cursor Editor and add super compression to Configure Application Options, Cursor, Compression Level higher than Always.
