Before creating an account or extensively using this website, please read the following terms of use.

Privacy policy

This web server uses web browser cookies to identify logged in users and to gather statistical data about web site visitors.

The following external services are used on this web: Google Adsense, Google Analytics, Google custom search box, Goolge +1 button, Facebook button, Twitter button, StumbleUpon button. Providers of these components may be able to identify you by your IP address or cookies set by them.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our website. So far, it has not been requested by governmental authorities. It will be disclosed only when legally required to do so.

Creating an account

Each person may create a single, free account on rw-designer.com. Having an account allows you to upload and publish art, write and manage blog entries, review art uploaded by other users, modify documentation pages in the Help section, add non-anonymous comments, receive selected news by email and start topics in all forum sections.

An account is identified by an email address, which is by default not publicly visible. Filling in your real name is optional. Each account has an associated nickname.

An account cannot be deleted. Instead, you can remove any personal information from your account and make it private and the only thing that would be publicly visible is your nickname.

What is not allowed

• Do not create multiple accounts. If you create multiple accounts, they will be merged or deleted.
• Your nickname must not be misleading or rude.
• Spamming is not allowed and will lead to account deletion and you IP address may be banned.

Uploading art

You may upload icon or cursor files into the Gallery. It is your responsibility to verify that you have the right to re-publish the files you are uploading. If the copyright is unclear, do not upload the files. You may upload files that you have made yourself or files, whose authors explicitly allow re-publishing. In the later case, you must indicate in the description of the uploaded file who the real author is.

Uploaded icons and cursors go to the junkyard section of the gallery. Files in the junkyard can be deleted at any time from your personal page.

Icon and cursor sets

Multiple cursors or icons uploaded by you can be grouped in a "set". Sets are published in the main section of the gallery and other people may review or comment on them. Sets cannot be freely deleted - you must review sets by other users to earn a permission to delete your set and all comments and reviews given by other users.
