Coordinates mode

Coordinates mode is one of the four modes influencing behavior of many drawing tools. Coordinates mode in current version can be set to either integral or arbitrary coordinates.

Integral coordinates

In this mode, coordinates of shape vertices or line points can only be integral. Rotation angle for rectangles and ellipses can only be multiplies of 90 degrees.

Arbitrary coordinates

Coordinates of shape vertices or line points can be any floating point numbers.

I can't seem to disable this at all...

Only seems to work on some tools
