Anything to make this simpler

Is there any way to resize all the frames in an animated cursor at the same time? Resizing them 1 frame at a time is extremely time-consuming. If there is any way to do it faster please tell me.

I found the first pointer from my friend, improved it, and then make a full set. Go to pages 51-55 for the Earth Set (Also mine ^^).
