Wide smooth 256x256

So i'm searching for a wide normal white cursor. I saw one on twitter and it was so smooth. Also it would be nice if the flaps of the arrow wouldn't be like in the arrow and more like in a 90° to the tale of the arrow. But i believe then it has to be in a 256x256 res
