I am afraid that is not possible. Windows only support static cursors or cursors where the animation is always running and there is no way to trigger the animation by a mouse click.
clicking animation
am trying to make a 1 second animation that happens when you click something, example, having a small red circle expand outwards when you click on something, could any1 verify if this is possible on the cursor software here and if so how i would go abought it?
