opening or creating new cursor problem

When I open or create a new cursor the whole screen is grey if you know how to fix this please tell me.

This problem was affecting some people... forum/82

You can either reset the configuration as described in that thread, or install the latest version. The problem should be fixed in that version and in any case, resetting configuration is much easier.
