is there any way i can get Realworld Cursor Editor on Dark Mode or Sync with Windows Dark Mode?

Not right now and unlikely in the near future, Microsoft has made it exceptionally hard to support dark mode in classic Win32 applications.

MicaForEveryone especially does not work well with RW software. You get graphical glitches like grid artifacts and parts of the app that still have a white background on a black window.
