I can't create a new cursor

well whenever I click on create on the cursor editor app, it shows and error saying "an unrecoverable error occurred during the execution of the program. We are sorry for any inconvenience. It is recommended to save and close all other documents and restart the program" it also said to report it at support@rw-desinger.com so that's why I'm here
