Can you speed up the FPS of a cursor?

RealWorld Cursor Editor has a feature where you can edit and change frame transitions on the toolbar on the bottom of the window: https://imgur.com/a/17zU3MM

10 [s/60] is the default, so if you want 2 frames per second, each frame should be 30 [s/60]
...or if you want them 4 frames per second, then it's 15 [s/60]. You can also customize the frame times to your liking.

You can also use the gear icon to change the constant transition speed of all frames by a specific amount.
