Move images

My question is, is it possible to select all the layers' images and then move them together?

Another question is, is there a shortcut to move multiple pixels at once when selecting an image and moving the position with the keyboard arrow keys?

First question mean :

step 1) select all layer ( all images )
step 2) keyboard arrow key press

all images can move ?

now i can't.

is it possible?
