How to increase the inbuilt laser pointer size in powerpoint

The current size is too small

I want somebody who knows or tried to increase the size of the inbuilt or built-in laser pointer available in power point to draw attention of the viewers to the part of the slide during slideshow in full screen which should be recorded during online presentation or sharing of the screen in virtual meeting through ZOOM that also get recorded in the video recorder provided in ZOOM so that when the recorded video of the virtual session is played the inbuilt laser pointer of the power point is also recorded in the video recording. Can somebody help please!
