Non-secure website warning

I'd like to register, but...

I've found it prudent to be careful when a direct warning is presented, especially if I can't verify a location. I'm searching for a command line switch for WEBP2GIF.EXE so it defaults to "(replace)" rather than its current default of "(combine)".
