Gives error when trying to open cursor

What os are you running?
and youre not supposed to open the .cur file, you have to load it in the cursro window

When I try to open a cursor on the software, it gives me an error: it failed to execute the task. The cursor I was trying to open might have been bigger than 36 by 36, but this shouldn't create an error. Any help please?
