Cursor doesn't stay, help please?

My cursor disappears when i tap (i use a touchscreen laptop) and doesn't re-appear unless i change it to something else (in Mouse-Shortcut) then change it back. I am using the Neon Rainbow Cursors. Help!

Probably the cursor isn't supported, I think it depends if you are using a 32bit or a 64bit Operative System

yeah, the same thing happens to me. I have no idea how. I've tried so many cursors and they all disappear.
