A script to make everything into 24x24 PNG files?

Hi Vlasta,
I've been needing to convert lots of images to 24x24 PNG files.

Often the source file is a larger PNG that needs to be reduced to 24x24 pixels. Sometimes I need to deconstruct ICO files that I made a long time ago, to get the 24x24 PNG component from it.

Can you make a batchop script that can determine if an input file is PNG or ICO, then do the above?
