Bucket Fill Commands

How to make the paint bucket fill do something different.

Hi. I'm looking for a Custom JScript Operation for this:

I need a code for a specific kind of bucket fill. With this fill, select a pixel of one color, say orange, and fill it with a second color, say green, then all of the pixels of said first color (orange) become said second color (green).

Is there a way for a JScript operation to do this? If so, what is it?

Also, how can I keep a command in a toolbar rather than typing it in every time I use it and wasting space with a sticky note on my desktop?

Have 1 window open, add it to the toolbar and close the window.
