Saving/exiting Auto MergeEvery time I save or exit, it automatically merges with layers that I don't want it to merge with
Yesterday I noticed that every time that I save or exit, my layers automatically merge with each other. It completely ruined my drawing and I have no clue if it's a bug or it was something that I did. If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know

You must save your image in a format that supports layers. Only use .jpg or .png (which don't support layers) when you are finished and always keep the original file - best to use the .rli as it is the native format of this software.
