Recycle Bin Icons

I dont know how to change the recycling bin icons. Can someone please help?

Steps to Change the Default Recycle Bin Icon

Windows 10

Open Start Menu and go to Settings.
Go to Personalization.
Tap on Themes.
In the right panel, you will find Related Settings. Under that click on Desktop Icon Settings.
Select Recycle Bin. Click on Change Icon. Choose an icon and click OK.

Windows 7
