Cursor Frame Fade

Is the a built in tool? JScript?

Does anyone know if there is a built in tool in RW Cursor Editor for automatically fading (or any other kinds of transitions for that matter) between frames of an icon? I suppose I can just manually do it with many many frames but I would rather not. If there isn't a tool does anyone know if I could use a custom JS operation to achieve the same thing?
