Creating Cursor Schemes with RealWorld Cursor Ediot

Am I able to make cursor schemes with RealWorld Cursor Editor, or is there currently no possible way to do this?

If you mean those .inf files then no. The editor is focused on individual cursors. The Change cursor tool can export and apply a custom cursor schemes, but again not as .inf files (those types of files can do much more and are potentially dangerous).
