rule 2
you are striked by the amount of downloads
if downloads
are the same then
rating
then if ratings
are the same then idividual cursor inside the set is used to determine the cursor set that get striked.

rule 3
you can be removed from the contest by the lightning.
if i belive you are causing a problem.

rule 4

lightning strike contestants won't get a prize unless they win.

mega lightning strike contestants will get a prize once they are striked by rule 2 not rule 3

rule 5

if your set has below 100 downloads before being entered into the contest you are in the lightning strike contest

if it has 100 downloads or over you will be entered into the
mega lightning strike contest

rule 6
only MEGA curor sets get paid
for being in the mega lightning strike
