Printing

how to change to "Color" print.

wheni go to print, it sends the file directly to our LAN printer and prints only Black and White. Usually i am able to go into the print section and chose B&W or Color. How do i rectify this.

I only have black and white ink on mine. Color will make colors on documents, etc. into REAlLY bright colors on my printer.
