Is it possibe to set a specific cursor to left and right mouse c

all I can see is "static" or "busy", I need to change the cursor to something else when I left click it and something else(2) when I right click it..

Not possible in general. You would have to code that behavior in your application yourself.

Yes, sure, you just activate the animated cursor when the use clicks and return to the normal one after a while.
