Photoshop plugins

For some reason, the list keeps erasing!

Hey, I noticed a bug with the Photoshop plugin system. I've been using Paint in portable mode, and every time I exit, the plugin list resets. Is there a fix to this?

Do you have multiple files open simultaneously? If so, the last closed window controls what is in the menu. If you add the plug-ins in one window while having another one open and then close the second one, the changes would disappear. Is this the case?

Also, it the folder with the portable version writable?

It should be, it's in a regular flash-drive. And I don't remember if I was doing more than one or not, I'll try again.
