perhaps you should just set the same cursor that is being used for "working in background" as your "normal" cursor ... for example in the Mouse control panel

Hello, I want to do a moving circle at the right of my cursor, because If i wait, a normal cursor appears with a blue moving circle in clockwise direction at the same place.
I want my own cursor with the waiting circle.
How to do it?
