'Interlaced' term is used when saving a PNG file and if it is enabled, the lines of the image are reordered in a way that allows displaying a preview of the image before it is fully downloaded. It is more or less useless these days.

'Adjust exposure' allows changing contrast, brightness, saturation and gamma of an image. The name is supposed to resemble adjusting parameters of a camera before taking photos.
