My computer keeps "protecting" me!!!?

Can someone help me? whenever I try to download paint.com v2011.1, my computer says, "Windows just protected your computer," and the installer doesn't run.... What should I do?

There should be a button or a link somewhere that will allow you to override the "protection". Or download the portable version and unzip it into a folder of your choice.
