I can't log in! Help please!

So I signed up yesterday to upload some cursors I've been working on, and it refuses to let me log in. It keeps saying my password is incorrect, even though I've had it sent to me and even copy and pasted it from the email. I tried contacting them and i've had no response. Anyone else have this problem?
