HELP NEEDED WITH UPLOADING MY CURSOR! DX

Ok, I have a cursor all ready and when I try to upload it, nothign really happens. I need a direct link to it so I can put the cursor on my Neopets' Guild!! PLZ HELP ME!

1. Maybe you don't have all the cursor roles,
example: Busy,Working in Background,etc.

2. Maybe the computer of yours might be
slow.

If nothing is that then I have no idea how
that can happen.

(P.S. What is a Neopets' Guild?)(Is it like a club or something?)

how do you set your cursors as the default? when ever i restart my computer my cursor is reset to the windows default. help would be much apperciated
