topic iconresize by shortest side?

what would be the correct way to name "PhotoResize400.exe" so that all files are resized to 500 pixels on their SHORTEST side? i want to keep the relative ratio, ignore files with the short side less than 500, and use the I (in place resize) and O (no user interaction) option.
