Those 16 Wired up cursors are mainly blue ghosted with a transparent interior. The cursors are big and clear to see by any Windows user. Very modern design. Another good cursor set made by juanelloo on DeviantArt. There is one red Busy cursor called Busy 2 as its official name on this site. I fixed most of the hotspots for Busy cursors, Diagonal Resize cursors and the Unavailable cursor role to make them properly usable. There are two sets of the same cursor type, one static and one animated. The animated cursor has a color fill. Please note that there are no Horizontal Resize cursor, nor any Vertical Resize cursor role for this cursor set. Those were not included by the original author, so he chose to make an extra cursor for a static cursor role in its place for pre-existing cursors.
