Hotline White Cursor Pack, Vaporwave, Retrowave, Outrun, cyan to pink gradient, retro, whatever you want to call it, but with more cursors and animations! I also fixed some hotspots. The set looks decent you have fixed some of the hotspots with original set and added to it.
The cursor set has all 17 cursor roles and all the hotspots are fine.
Given you’ve not created all the cursor here I have to take that into consideration when reviewing the set.
Not a bad job.

The cyan and pink color blend is awesome. The transitions between the two colors is also great.

It would be a good idea to make a black version, and also a version in each and every color. Also make a rainbow version too. I do like rainbow cursors, so it would be ideal to make one with rainbow colors.

ALSO, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ADD THE ".cur" EXTENSION TO STATIC CURSORS AND ".ani" TO ANIMATED CURSORS, BECAUSE THE CURRENT FILES HAVE NO EXTENSION.

better. Now they're useable! 😁
99% of windows files need an extension for it to be recognizable. for example, an image wouldn't work without its .png/.jpeg/.gif/etc extension, or a cursor without a .cur/.ani extension in this case.
