Ladies & gents,
the in-game, black & white cursors from SimCity 3000 !

Plin-plooonnn
plan-plooooonnn
plin-plooon, plin-ploon, plan-plooonn...
plink plink, plink plink, plink plink, plink-plink
et cetera, et cetera, et cetera...

these were actually uncompressed in a subdirectory of the game,
.cur files free for grabs much like the Rise of Nations ones!
Of course, a few unused black&white cursors have been included.

Look, I get it,
too many cursors of unclear desktop purpose,
& spartan as ever with the 1-bit, black&white format.

BUT...
I found out, that almost every black&white cursor, hm?
Almost each one of 'em...
has a fully-coloured BITMAP counterpart,
& they were to appear in-game at some point!
Yet... they didn't...
I suspect it's the
coloured-pointers-flicker-on-certain-screens issue,
explicitly mentioned in the settings of Zoo Tycoon(2001),
& the possible reason behind the hidden setting
for black&white cursors in Rise of Nations!
(I still didn't check the devs' text files...
they might've referenced this in one of 'em).

So, TLDR :
BLAM!
Too many cursors,
unclear purpose most of the time,
Spartan black&white...
BUT, coloured ones will be coming!
That'll take a while...

Considered :
Making wedge-less alterations of
lay industrial, power, water, et possible al,
for extra wait options.
