You cannot add cursors to a set created by someone else, but you can create your own set or add cursors to the standalone section from main menu of RealWorld Cursor Editor (freeware).

click on the one you want then press save. go to contol panel. then click printers and other hardware. then click mouses. then click pointers. then click browse and open the one you want
