This set resembles a sort of smooth plastic material. I was hoping to export this in higher quality, but the plugin I have only supports 32x32. Please check this out. Thanks!

I like the "V" shape of those arrows.
I like the ideas for busy, working in background, precision and unavailable. I also like the little blue cursor at link, because it is not distracting, but it marks links well.
