Yup, these are nice. Only one thing, the unavailable cursor's hotspot should be in the middle, not on the edge. I like the shiny, glass effect. The hand definitely looks the best.

I love how it looks, I just think there should be a more distinct 'busy' cursor. Great job otherwise, it's a gorgeous set.
