You have some bad hotspots and some of the cursors look a bit out of place.
The set could be improved upon a bit artistically.
Congratulations on your first cursor set!
I like the static cursor in working.
Horizontal seems to be following the theme of the normal cursor but you have a dark glitch in the animation.

You need to correct the hotspots. Some cursors like handwriting don't match the theme. Also, it is a good idea to use the same cursor for vertical resize and diagonal resize. Doing this makes for a more attracting set.

This set could be more sharp in detail or smoothen some of the cursors. Oh, and the hotspots needed correction. π
Some of these cursors do not match the same theme, such as the handwriting and busy. This set looks OK to me. Though you might need to fix the theme a little bit.
