The Cursor Set is well designed.
All your cursor hotspots are generally fine.
It would be nice if you could add a location and person select cursor.
I like the way you’ve made the busy cursor appear and disappear.
The unavailable cursor, precession cursor and line select are hard to tell the cursor is for that role.

WOW! I like the concept of your cursors design, I never played Rain World but what I know is that this creature helps the main character. It would be good to see a little bit of more color
And also you haven't put the horizontal resize role, you have put vertical resize twice! And some roles ar confusing as The Male Boss says

Horizontal and vertical adjustment are the same (both horizontal) and some of the cursors are off-center making them move in a disorienting way. Other than that, wonderful!
