This is 10 out of 10 for a first set! Awesome! But when you start making more sets, you should think about making each cursor different. That's just a tip to keep up the rank 10 cursor sets when you start making more!

the hot spots are in the wrong place for the resize cursors, they should be in the middle. please try for more variety with these cursors as they all look the same or very similar (with the exception of the move, text, precision, and handwriting cursors). All of the resizes are also the same, while they should be horizontal, vertical, diagonal, and the other diagonal. Great krystal staff designs though!
