These cursors were designed as the custom mouse pointers to be used on my webcomic's website, www.jackrat.neocities.org/page_013.html .

Other people may use these cursors strictly non-commercially, otherwise may ask for my permission whether they may commission its use for commercial purposes. Either way, they must credit me for my work, even if just in a one-line developer's comment crammed into the HTML code of whatever website it'll be used for.
