Very cool. When i visited this cursor set, I hoped that I would find animated cursors. The cursors are very bright and colorful. I hope you continue working on this set and even create a glitch animated effect. I rate this 4 out of 5 stars because of your effort but animation is missing.
You could make them animated like a glitch effect... but still great job!!
