They are indeed fueling up
-fuel link looks like a petrol can nice
-not sure about the colour scheme, but thats entirely opinion
-fuel help has less frames than the other ones, looks a bit weird?
-ik noone uses location and person select, but for ocd sake, would be cool if ya could complete the set
-idk why the handwriting is spinning but ill let it spin
-funny fuel text bulge

The Design of these Cursors looks nice and smooth.
The animations look fine as well.
Some of the hotspots need fixing on all the resize cursors, unavailable, handwriting, text, precision and busy cursor roles.
It would have been nice as well to see all 17 cursor roles within the set you’re almost there at 15 cursor roles.
The Set is consistent though and time has been spent on it just needs a few improvement.
If you make these improvements I will re review the set.

I like your smooth fueling animations, they look really cool, here are my suggestions:
-The help selection and busy cursors have few layes compared to the others
-Almost all cursors need hotspot fixing
