You've tried hard enough to make them look good.
But this is just a thing I've learned over some time.
If you are making a spinning animation using transformation tools,
then only use the first frame for the transformation in coz if you use the previous
frame for animating it will become blurry ( real blurry ).
and also create cursors from a moving or animated image and DO NOT ANIMATE CURSORS DIRECTLY.but if you think you can pull it off then no problem with that
