It's okay.
2.5 because I think it needs some improvements.
AMAZING design but the hotspots are off. Consider fixing the busy, link select, alternate, diagonal resizes, vertical and horizontal resizes, move, precision select, text select, and unavailable. Keep trying and you will get it right!

I like your cursors. They are really fun to have during valentines. They only thing missing is the "working in background" cursor.

What happened to the working in background cursor? Big disapointment. I like the theme. If it was complete, I would give it four stars. Plus your hotsopots are off on some of the resizing cursors. FYI, the hotspots goes in the middle of the resizing ones.
