Crosshair Cursors

Simple but kewl.
I like these so much that I've made two variation sets with CursorXP. Unfortunately, you need CursorXP to use them. But still, if it's worth modifying, it's pretty good.

(I've animated the timeglass cursor, and made variations: Crosshair and HUGE Crosshair. [huge=500x500 pixels. You can only make it that big with CursorXP.])

After I've downloaded it, how do I use it?
It keeps asking me to download a program to go along with the cursor
