Just download and install http://www.rw-designer.com/RWChangeCursor64.msi, and whenever you download a cursor set, just open on the CRS file, and your cursors are set up! Make sure to save your mouse cursor in the mouse settings by going to Settings -> Bluetooth and Devices -> Mouse -> Additional Mouse Settings. Click on the Pointers tab, and click Save As..., and name the cursor to whatever. And you're done. Not all cursors are used, but they are included, because they were from the original Open Zone cursor pack for Linux, related to the linked DeviantArt submission.

The pointers you shared are particularly good, but the size is too small, how can I modify it?

Set your cursors for one time. Then, go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Mouse Pointer and Touch, change the size using the Size slider. Then set your cursors again. Now you have big cursors.
