yes, most of the hot spots are in the wrong place. You can fix this by clicking on each individual cursor, clicking "re-draw", and using the hot spot tool to set the hot spot to the tip of the arrow. then download the cursor and re-upload it. Go to this set and click "Modify" and then add in the new cursors, taking out the ones with the wrong hot spots.
i do not know why you changed the hot spots from the template. i give you 5 after fixing hot spots.
