Cursor set based entirely of of a layer effect I made. It is, as you probably guessed, mostly blue gems.

I like the layer style but I think that they arn't so consistent and I like sets that are consistent. The beam one has lines which I don't like and so does the precision. On the other hand. I love most of the cursors and I think you are a good artist. Too bad you only have one set for me to review. You should make more sets.
