Text probably should have a hotspot at the tip of the arrow to avoid confusion.
Working needs hotspot adjustment to the tip of arrow.
There is something terribly wrong with the Link, when I test the file it appears as a jumble of lines not a hand.
It is a a much better more complete set with cursor roles defined but I would suggest that you test each cursor before uploading the file to ensure that there are no problems with hotspots, etc..
